Return and Refund Policy

At Rosti Maglificio Sportivo, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.

Right to Cancel (Returns)

If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal use, not for professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 10 working days from the date of receiving your order, without any penalty and without the need to specify a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, or by email or telegram followed by a registered confirmation within 48 hours.

Returned items must be:

  • In original condition, unused and undamaged

  • Complete with original packaging and any accessories, manuals, or tags

  • Returned at your own expense within 10 days of receiving return authorization

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Non-Eligible Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns in the following cases:

  • Items returned used, dirty, or damaged (other than in transport)

  • Missing original packaging or accessories

  • Partial returns of a single product

  • Returned without prior authorization

If a return is rejected, the product will be sent back to you and shipping charges will apply.

Refunds

Once the returned goods are received and approved, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made via:

  • Credit card reversal (if used for payment), or

  • Bank transfer (you must provide your full banking details)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to write “Subject to inspection” on the courier’s delivery note if there is visible damage to the packaging.

Repairs and Warranty Claims

If you need to return a ROSTI item for repair or warranty evaluation, please:

  1. Wash and dry the item

  2. Include a detailed note describing the issue

  3. Attach proof of purchase

Warranty

All products are covered by:

  • A 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects (per Italian Legislative Decree 24/02)

  • The manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable)

This applies only to personal (non-professional) use and requires that the item was used correctly.

Warranty service may involve:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund or store credit if the product is no longer available
