The shipment of your package
Packages are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery with DHL with a signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the destination of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile items.
The boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected.
If you want to send a ROSTI garment back for repair or for warranty problems, please choose one of the following methods: in person or by mail.
The simplest way is to directly contact the Maglificio Sportivo Rosti. Otherwise you can return the item by mail or courier. Maglificio Sportivo Rosti is committed to solving any problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• the garment must be delivered washed and dried
• the garment must be delivered in a package with a detailed description of the problem
• take care when packaging your Rosti garment
• it is important to include your full name and address
• attach the receipt of purchase
• send the package by insured mail or courier and keep the delivery receipt. The delivery costs are at the client's expense.
