PRIVACY POLICY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 13 LAW No. 196 DATED 30/06/2003

INTRODUCTION

Law 196/2003 regulates the processing of personal data,  processing meaning their collection, registration, storage, consultation and use.

A) SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA


The personal data in the company’s possession are collected directly from the data subject.
In the case of data collected from third parties, the privacy policy will be sent to such third parties at the time of their registration.
All the data collected will be processed in compliance with law 196/2003.

B) PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING 


Personal and sensitive data are collected in order to fulfil obligations linked to the company’s business activities and, specifically:

contractual obligations with the data subject;

obligations  set forth by laws and regulations;

activities involved in complying with regulatory obligations;

commercial information.

C) METHOD OF THE PROCESSING

In relation to the purposes indicated above, the personal data are processed using manual, computerised and electronic tools with logics strictly linked to the purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. 

D) CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS TO WHICH THE DATA CAN BE COMMUNICATED

We may send your personal data, for areas within their respective and specific remit, to entities and in general to any public and private subject to which we are obligated or need to communicate such data and this also for the purpose of correct fulfilment of any respective obligation (also of an instrumental nature) in any case linked to or referable to the contract. 
Your data may also be communicated to external subjects that carry out specific assignments on behalf of our company (e.g. auditing of the accounts, management of IT systems, delivery of correspondence); to banks and/or companies specialised in the collection and payment of amounts resulting from the performance of contracts; to Entities, Consortiums or Associations with the purposes of credit protection; therefore, any refusal to provide personal data may lead to the impossibility of carrying out any activity agreed on.

 E) ARTICLE 13 RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Article 7 of law 196/2003, grants the public specific rights. Specifically, the data subject can obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist and communication of such data in intelligible form.
The data subject shall have the right to be informed of the source of the personal data, purposes and methods of the processing and of the logic applied to the processing, to obtain erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully as well as updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; to object to the processing on legitimate grounds.

Anonymous data collection

Our website can be consulted without providing personal data. In this case no personal data are collected. We only process statistical data with the aim of improving our offer; these data do not allow identification of the individual.

Collection, analysis and use of personal data


We collect and use personal data (detailed information about the personal or factual situation of an identified or identifiable person) only to the extent such data has been provided. The processing and use of your personal data is performed to fulfil and perform the contractual services and to fulfil your requests.

Use of the email address to send the newsletter

Besides the documentation needed to manage the contract, we use your email address only for our advertising purposes, that is, to send the newsletter and only with your express consent.

Subscriptions to the newsletter can be cancelled at any time by clicking on the link “Cancellation from the newsletter” in the newsletter itself or by sending us a message. You can find the contact data in our website’s colophon and at the foot of this privacy policy.

Besides the documentation needed to manage the contract, we use your email address only for our advertising purposes, that is, to send advertisements that containing information about our special deals. For technical reasons regarding the transmission of the newsletter, your email address will be sent to PHPlist, a protected and certified software for the management of the newsletters. You will receive our suggestions about the products regardless of whether you have subscribed or not to a newsletter. In this way we aim to send you information about special deals on products that, based on the purchases you have made, could interest you. In this we comply in full with the provisions of law. If you do not agree with this use, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, contact us using any means of communication and not only by email. Cancellation is effective at the moment in which we receive your message. No costs other than those of the standard charge for the transmission of the message will be charged. You will find the necessary contact data for the cancellation in the website’s colophon and at the foot of this privacy policy, or you can use the link “Cancellation from the newsletter” in the newsletter itself.

Personalised advertising banners and advertisements


On this site, thanks to the Google Inc. technology, information is collected for marketing purposes about the navigation in internet of visitors to the site; these data are collected and saved in anonymous form. This information is stored on your computer in a text file called “cookie”. Google Inc. analyses the traffic on the website thanks to an algorithm and can, finally, provide targeted suggestions about products in the form of advertising banners and advertisements on other websites (so-called publishers). In any case, it is not possible to identify users based on this information. The data collected are used solely to improve our service. The data are not used in any other way, or disclosed to third parties. It is possible to cancel the completely anonymous analysis of your visit to the website as a user by clicking on the following link that will take you to the cancellation:site for the deactivation of the Google advertisements.

Use of the contact form


The data obtained through the contact form will not be associated to other data and will be used solely to process your request and cancelled immediately afterwards.

Our website uses Social Plugins (so-called "Plugins") of the social network facebook.com, managed by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook").

Disclosure of personal data


Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent. The sole exception to this are our service providers necessary for the performance of the contract.

In these cases we comply in full with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The volume of data transmitted is limited to the minimum indispensable amount. As regards the management of shipments, in accordance with Italian law provisions on the processing of data in the postal services sector (Poste Italiane SPA) we are obliged to transfer the clients’ personal data (name, address, any email address and/or cell phone number for communications of despatch or re-addressing of the delivery, as well as other useful data for the purposes of the shipment) to one of our partners: BRT Bartolini Corriere Espresso (https://www.brt.it/it/index.do).

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are deposited on the user’s computer and stored by its browser.   They help to improve our offer, making it more effective and secure and facilitate the use of the website.

On request, Rosti will communicate if and which data personal data it holds. The user has the right at any moment to withdraw authorisation to save and use his/her personal data and/or his/her user profile, without retroactive effect, by contacting Rosti Maglificio Sportivo s.r.l. via Piemonte 16/18 24041 Brembate, Italia by letter or by email to amministrazione@rosti.it.   Specifically, the user can decide at any moment to cancel the subscription to the newsletter previously subscribed to.



In accordance with the law concerning privacy, the user has the right to obtain information free of charge about the data stored and the right of rectification, block or erasure of these data.
